  • so sore

    i don't know if i should do plyometric cardio circuit or i should wait a day or two because i am SO SORE! it's unbelievable it mainly hurts my back and legs although my core is sore too.
    I'm doing it in thirds. i did the first two sections now i have like 20 more minutes to go :O

  • Pics

    Starting insanity back up! Im scared and pumped hahah. Mabye this can give me the push i need to run/walk outdoors! Im hoping. Two months of hell and hopefully i will be down out of the 200s! So in dying right now after the fit test ughhh dont know what im getting myself into but ik im gonna see results! Im so red rn and sweatinggg so much! The first set on the fit tet pics is when i strted it last year so i did better than last time and i hvent worked out in forever! Yayy me its gonna be a longgg two months tho


    so if i follow the 63 days of insanity ill be done july 16th but i wanna make it maybe the day before or day of my birthday so i might do tomorrows today and the next fit test ill do the fit test and the workout scheduled for the next day and any day I'm able and willing to do more ill do that so i can be done for my birthday and can look good in a nice outfit :D

    i attempted to do the next workout and barely got through it I'm exhausted and it showed so ill just do it tomorrow

  • im embarrassed

    i was all pumped to go out and do the 5k couch to 5k but when it came time to go out and do it i felt too embarrassed to go out and run =/ has this happened to anyone? how did you get started?
    i feel like people are gonna say oh look at that fat girl trying to run..but at least I'm trying to lose weight and I'm actually doing something uhhhh i don't know why i let this stuff get to me i just need to go out there and do it and eventually it will get easier now if someone were here to push me out the door it would be a lot easier

  • im determined

    ..to walk/run for now :D

    so today i went to my local park with my mom to go for a walk and i honestly never knew it was there. I knew there was a path to my beach which is i think 6-8 miles long. I used to bike ride to that but I like running. I used to do track in high school and i blasted my weight loss but gained it all back cause i didn't keep up with it. I honestly enjoyed it it was nice to listen to music and think about my life, it was just me time. Do you guys know any apps on the iPhone that could help me i think I'm going to try the nike one but I'm not sure if i can walk with it too! I'm going to start tomorrow I'm excited :) and its by the water! What could be any better than that? I can sit by the water when I'm done with my workout and its right down my block so i don't have any excuses to not go! :) hope everyone is doing well!
